When it comes to shopping, Terri Walter enjoys the thrill of the hunt.
"I like wandering around, shopping for no reason," the 42-year-old Pensacola resident said.
But if you prefer shopping with a game plan, try a new mobile and online local-product finder called Slifter.
On your cell phone or computer, type in what you're looking for and your location. Slifter will list the closest stores carrying the item, a photo of the item, a product description, a list a prices and phone numbers and directions to the store.
Using the product finder on your mobile phone is free unless your carrier assesses data-usage charges.
